I am a licensed naturopathic doctor in Ontario providing evidence-informed, patient-centered care. My interest in integrative medicine began during my undergraduate studies when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Witnessing her journey showed me the powerful impact of combining conventional treatment with supportive, holistic care, and how an integrative approach can improve both quality of life and overall health outcomes.

In my practice, I take a whole-person approach, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms. I develop individualized treatment plans that may incorporate nutrition, lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, and other naturopathic therapies. My goal is to combine modern scientific evidence with traditional healing approaches while empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to support their long-term health. My clinical interests include integrative cancer care, women’s health, digestive health, stress management, and fatigue.

When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time in nature, working on arts and crafts projects, and unwinding with a good book. These activities help me recharge and maintain balance in my daily life.
